Contracts can be configured with 24-hour support, 24-hour response, and loaner equipment when necessary.

All contracts include scheduled preventive maintenance labor and scheduled preventive maintenance travel to perform periodic services as recommended by the manufacturer. Recommended annual inspections are two (2) PM inspections on all models; Exceptions are: one (1) PM inspection per year on Mindray - A3, A4, A5, A7, Aespire, Aisys, and Avance models and four (4) PM inspections per year for all Drager Narkomed models unless stated otherwise.
