I hope you wake up each day feeling hopeful and encouraged, knowing that you’re so capable of every single thing you want to do, big or small. I hope you remember to think beyond your comfort zone from time to time and never forget the importance of growth. I hope you remember that progression isn’t always easy and sometimes the things that scare you will actually get you a lot closer to where you want to be. Feeling massive butterflies going back to the office tomorrow after almost 2 years of telehealth. I am so excited to be able to meet in person again, especially with those I haven't met face to face with yet. This experience has taught me how much I love and value providing people with a safe space and connecting in person. May this transition help the people I serve as well as myself to heal. Any positive thoughts/vibes/prayers welcome! 🙏🏽
