I have been officially attuned to level 1 & 2 Karuna Reiki!

The left was taken before class and my attunement. I was VERY VERY drained this morning because I have a lot of personal issues going on and had cried the night before. I had to call my Reiki master beforehand just to see if I should attend class today, and we decided I should go through with it. The murky yellow indicates anxiety and being in my head too much ...my colors were not as bright.

As the day went on in class, I started to feel better & better with the meditation exercises my reiki master did for me AND then my attunement! During it, I saw Jesus. He reached his hand out to me & said, "Are you excited? Because you should be!" 💜 I have witnessed Jesus several times in my own healing sessions but he's never communicated like that to me. It was a beautiful spiritual experience that I will never forget! My colors on the right indicate that; my heart is wide open, I'm connected to spirit, while still being grounded. I say that to say- here's your proof!Reiki/ Karuna Reiki magic you can see with your own eyes.

Life isn't always easy but you should all know we have loved ones, high spiritual deities (whatever you believe in), who are with us- ALWAYS! They guide us and provide us with situations, with our highest and best good in mind.

& So it is. 💜

I'm VERY excited to share this! I received my FIRST CRYSTAL DOWNLOAD!!!! 🤯

I've been neglecting this nagging voice that keeps telling me to wake up & meditate. I've been waking up at 4:30- 4:44am for an entire week but made myself go back to sleep every time. I finally asked why I needed to wake this early & I was told to meditate!
💜I was NOT let down! 💜

I grabbed this crystal duo last night (never carried/meditated these 2 together ever!) This is Ocean Jasper & Smokey Elestial.

Good morning! I'd love to share a little back story about the history of Reiki.

Below is Hawayo Takata an Usui Reiki master who helped bring Reiki to the west. It's said that without her- reiki may have been non-existent, since WWII killed and injured so many Japanese Reiki practitioners. In spreading Reiki to the West, Mrs. Takata worked to simplify it, honing her version of Reiki down to a series of treatments and techniques that she found to be the most effective. Though her teaching and healing methods ended up differing from Japanese Reiki, they were effective, and the popularity of Reiki in Hawaii quickly began to spread.

During her time at her Hawaii clinic, Mrs. Takata initiated 22 Reiki Masters!!!! In addition to playing a critical role in training the third generation of Reiki Masters, it was Mrs. Takata who helped preserve Reiki and help keep it alive throughout Japan to Hawaii then and on to the US Mainland to eventually all over the world today, people experience the benefits of the healing tradition of Reiki.

Crazy fact about this beautiful wonderful woman: she charged $10,000 to take a master's class. She felt those who worked up to pay this hefty amount would respect their practice more.

We honor Mrs. Takata & are so grateful for her!

Monday we will be focusing on....

✨🌳the Earth star chakra🌳✨

Like the root chakra, it assists in grounding and connecting to mother Gaia, yet it gives you deeper grounding! Unlike most of our other chakras, located in the physical body, the Earth Star is in the etheric (nonphysical) and is about 12 inches under your feet. Grounding in itself helps with anxiety, feeling mentally drained, and/or disconnected. So you may be asking (as I did many times) why connect to the earth star chakra if I can just ground with my root? Well, think of this chakra as an anchor. It's also called the, "super root" because it aligns all chakras with Earth. When you connect with and balance this chakra you are releasing your negativity into the Earth and in turn, transmute that energy into the positive, thanks to mother Gaia of course.

What else does this beautiful chakra assist us with? MANIFESTING! That's right! You can focus on your third eye and crown chakra all you want but you will have greater success if your Earth Star is in balance. Why? Think of it this way, every time you connect to it you are putting your mark in the soil-leaving an energetic blueprint in the Earth. Since there is no space and time this brings you into the present allowing you to manifest in the here and now!

Happy New Year!!!

I have been taking a break from promoting myself for awhile but I'm about to get a lot more active.

Honestly, I needed to take the time to care of myself. Healers need healing too. I'm feeling better & better every day though.

I've grown, I've healed, and I'm ready to create & step into my power! I'm continuing my education with reiki this year & also have a few other things in the workers. I'm excited for this year!
