Our patients are like family. And like you, during these last few weeks we’ve been focused on doing all the things we need to do to keep our families safe and healthy. While it is normal and completely necessary to be on a higher than usual alert, we are comforted by the fact that although we work in public health, our office is actually safer than most public spaces:
▫️Last year we invested in a Surgically Clean Air purification system for the office. This is a world-class, MEDICAL GRADE air purifer used by hospitals, doctors offices, labs and surgery centers, and these systems remove chemicals, toxins, germs, and odors: more importantly, they kill airborne viruses to help reduce the spread of illness.
▫️Our normal infection protocols are in place to keep everything disinfected and we are also sterilizing door k***s, counters, etc.
▫️We've implemented modified scheduling to ensure patient waiting areas aren't overcrowded: as always, the majority of your time with us will be in your treatment or hygiene room with our team. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME OR EARLY for your appointments to help us avoid having patients gathered together in waiting areas.
▫️We are being extra cautious and have instructed our team members to stay home if they have a cough or fever, so we are asking our patients to do the same.
