To our Louisville & Superior community: we are shocked and devastated by the losses from the Marshall Fire. We know these will be difficult times ahead, but we will get through this together.

We’ll be open Monday, January 3 so we can do our part to support our patients. We will also be offering telehealth appointments for anyone displaced and not able/ready to attend appointments in-person. If there are other ways you feel we can better support patients, please let us know.

We’re proud to be a part of this community.

Road work is being done by our Louisville building and one of our parking lot enterances is blocked off!
You can enter our parking lot by turning on to Century Drive (by Walgreens) and taking your 2nd left on to Century Circle.
