Bring your mat and your baby!

Gender inclusive, interactive Baby & Me yoga classes are for all types of caretakers. A little zen and a lot of play, babies and “me’s” will love it! The relaxed environment moves to the flow of the babies, leaving room for change, play, snacks, and laughs! Perfect for babies ranging from lookers to movers. Classes are $10 and spots are limited! This yoga is love and strength and playtime for us both. In this both learn what makes us laugh, what might be difficult, and where the peace is in between. He’s the teacher and I learn from him every minute of everyday. 🥰🤍💙

So excited to announce starting September 18, I will be offering Baby&Me yoga classes at Louisville Family Chiropractic!! They will be held every 3rd Saturday of the month. At Louisville family Chiropractic they are extremely passionate about over all well-being. So much so that they have they’re own wellness center just behind the chiropractic office! I hope you all had a great weekend, enjoyed the bbq, and hit the sales! Here’s a bit of history… the first widely recognized Labor Day protest was labeled a parade and was said to be cheerfully celebrated as many workers marched, orderly, from New York City town hall to a large picnic. Many marching risked they’re jobs, to protest against long hours and low wages. Most at the time worked 12 hours days in factories 7 days a week. It wasn’t until years later it was proclaimed a federal holiday. So enjoy in remembrance of those who walked before us.
