🎉 Big News! 🎉
Wellspring is thrilled to announce we’ve been awarded a $100,000 Impact 100 Louisville Grant!

These funds will support our Crisis Stabilization Units (CSUs) — the only programs of their kind for adults in Louisville. Our CSUs help individuals experiencing a mental health crisis avoid hospitalization, receive intensive treatment, and find stability in a safe, homelike environment.

We’re honored to be one of five organizations chosen after an extensive grant process. This generous support will directly impact individuals with mental illness and help us continue our mission of providing stability, dignity, and hope.

👏 Congratulations to our fellow recipients, and a huge thank you to the women of Impact 100 Louisville for believing in our work!

Medicaid eligibility rules are changing, and some people risk losing coverage simply because they miss paperwork or deadlines. Many Wellspring clients rely on Medicaid and could be impacted by these changes, but our staff is here to support our clients!

Don’t lose your Medicaid coverage—here’s what you need to know:

✅ Update your info: Make sure your address, phone, and email are current at kynect.ky.gov or call 1-855-306-8959.
✅ Check your mail: Renewal packets come by mail—respond within 45 days!
✅ Get help: Local Kynectors offer free assistance in all 120 counties. Find one at kynect.ky.gov.
✅ Know the rules: Starting Dec 2026, expect work reporting and 6-month eligibility checks—don’t ignore notices!
✅ Lost coverage? Act fast: You can reapply, appeal, or switch to Marketplace plans. Kids may still qualify even if adults don’t.

📌 Medicaid/KCHIP enrollment is always open!
