Graven & Associates, PLLC is an established private psychology and neuropsychology group practice in Louisville, Kentucky. We’ve provided assessments and therapy in the Louisville area since 2015 and are seeking full time master and doctoral level providers to join our team.

We are looking for Fully Licensed Therapist, Psychologist, or Neuropsychologist

Graven & Associates, PLLC is a thriving and expanding private psychology and neuropsychology practice in Louisville, Kentucky. We provide assessments and therapies for a variety of patients in Louisville and the surrounding areas. We have a surplus of referrals and are opening up a limited number of positions to full and part-time and fully licensed therapists, licensed psychologists, and neuropsychologists. We are looking for providers who are team players, compassionate professionals, and have a desire to be successful. Applicants must be eligible to be licensed in psychology at the Doctoral or Master’s level in the state of Kentucky and we offer postdoctoral supervision for temporary licensed psychologists and neuropsychologists.

• We collect approximately 95% of our billings, verify patient benefits, file all claims, process any appeals, and handle every aspect of billing including collections

• We are prepared for all of the testing code changes that began January 1, 2019

• We provide financial packages to assist with the transition to private practice and flexible scheduling to meet your needs

•We provide targeted marketing to your patient population of interest and offer case consultation and review

•We handle all provider credentialing with insurance companies

•We offer a variety of competitive pay structures to fit your financial need

•We provide you with transparency regarding billing and generated revenue of your patient caseload in a healthy and organized work environment

•We run quantitative analysis of your caseload to help you learn ways to maximize your income potential

•We provide testing equipment and original protocols

Graven & Associates is looking for a positive and self-motivated individual who can perform administrative and office support activities for providers of a group mental health practice. Are you that person?

Candidates should be
✔️organized
✔️proactive
✔️able to work in a fast-paced environment with kindness and professionalism.

Required experience:
2 years of working full time in a medical or mental health office as support staff or in an administrative role.

Standard administrative duties include scanning, emailing, filing, faxing, mailing. Candidates will be required to comply with all HIPAA laws and regulations at all times.

This job will start off part time and will transition to full time to 40 hours a week Monday-Friday with hourly pay based on experience starting at $12 hourly.
