Shannon was diagnosed with STAGE 4 LUNG CANCER on May 19,2009. Found to have started in lungs, then spread to lymphnodes & brain. She underwent brain surgery in January of 2010 to remove tumors of the brain. She worked at Kosair Childrens Hospital for about 2 or more years before she was unable to work. This page is set up for prayers for her, And to keep family and friends updated. Now a In Memory Of page. Shannon sadly passed away May 27, 2014

Every mother's day has been challenging since you left us momma. I know you're in n a better place, no longer hurting because of the stupid cancer. BUT nothing could have prepared us for life without you. You are very loved and so badly missed. Keep watching over us momma. We love you and miss you so much.
