As a PACE Provider, Senior CommUnity Care of Jefferson County helps people live independently at home with a high quality of life.

Senior CommUnity Care of Jefferson County is a comprehensive health care program for seniors living in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, also called PACE. Senior CommUnity Care of Jefferson County and PACE provide health care in the home and community to older adults who would otherwise live in nursing homes.

November 11th our Jefferson PACE location hosted a Veteran's Appreciation Party. Participants that served, as well as family members of our participants, were honored. A pinning ceremony was held along with a blessing. The celebration continued with a dance party. Thanks to all our veterans for their service... we appreciate you!
