You are invited to join me at the Louisville Salt Cave for a Guided Sound Bath Meditation event I am holding and facilitating on Thursday, December 11th, from 6-7pm.

ABOUT: Celebrate the stillness and renewal of the Winter Equinox with a deeply restorative sound bath held in the tranquil glow of the salt cave. As the longest night of the year gives way to returning light, you’ll be guided through a meditative sound journey designed to release the heaviness of the season and invite inner peace.

In this group sound bath meditation you will experience the balancing of mind, body and spirit, all with the healing sound of crystal bowls, Celtic steel drum, chimes, and a healthy dose of Himalayan salt therapy!

Note: This event is the same theme of our guided Crystal Bowl Meditation "Winter Solstice" held later in the month at Unity of East Louisville.

(The one at Unity of East Louisville will be held on Friday, December 19th from 7-8PM located at 740 Old Harrods Creek Rd in Middletown.)
