In general, he practices mindfulness-based cognitive and rational emotive behavioral therapies that focus on overall wellness and balance across the multifaceted domains of life. Working together, Peter and his clients seek to find the areas of life where thoughts and behaviors may be blocking progress and satisfaction, identify alternatives, and work together to find a more clear and fulfilling reality.
