My story
Hello and Welcome to BWell Massage Therapy. My name is Anika Cain, I graduated from the Bellus Academy in 2013 in Southern California with 700 hours of Massage Therapy training. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and have been practicing Bodywork In California and Kentucky in a variety of settings. I am qualified in several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Infant Massage, Hot Stone and Spa Treatments. I have taken classes in Oncology Massage, Reiki First Degree and Cranial Sacral Therapy. I believe that Massage Therapy is a vital part in caring for our body and health and has a powerful impact on our well being.
