“Regulation is not something you consume—it’s something you learn to create.”

Before changing your life, change how you are seeing it.
If that statement lands on you is true, you’re moving in the right direction!

Most women look like they’re handling life beautifully.
The house runs.
The family is cared for.
Work gets done.
Plans get made.
The calendar is full.
From the outside, it looks like a life that works.
But inside, something quieter is happening.
Your nervous system is tired.
Not dramatic tired.
Not collapse tired.
Just the kind of tired that comes from years of holding everything together.
You wake up already thinking about what needs your attention.
You fall asleep replaying conversations and tomorrow’s responsibilities.
And somewhere along the way, the part of you that feels steady… spacious… deeply rested… has gotten harder to access.
Most women try to fix this by doing more.
More productivity.
More exercise.
More strategies.
More pushing through.
But the nervous system doesn’t recover through effort.
It recovers through rhythm.
Through quiet.
Through being in environments where the body finally receives the message:
You’re allowed to exhale.
That’s why we created the B Well Ladies Retreats.
A few days where life slows down enough for your body and mind to recalibrate.
No pressure to perform.
No expectations to transform into someone new.
Just space to reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and remember what calm actually feels like in your body.
Women often tell us the same thing when they leave:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I got here.”
If your system is asking for rest — not someday, but soon — you can learn more here.
If your system is asking for rest — not someday, but soon — you can learn more here.

Help me give her a name.

It can be the smallest of details that brings grounding & joy.

I adore birds and this one has come to rest in my office. She will be a constant companion in this space of healing and growing and connecting.

Some couples don’t come to therapy because they’re “broken.”
They come because what they have isn’t enough anymore.

Enough love—but not enough closeness.
Enough commitment—but not enough ease.
Enough history—but not enough safety to be fully honest.

If you’re longing for a better marriage, it usually means this:
You still care.
You still hope.
You’re just tired of talking in circles or walking on eggshells.

Real change doesn’t come from learning better arguments.
It comes from slowing down enough to understand what’s happening underneath the reactions, the distance, the silence.

In a safe, intentional space, couples begin to:
• feel heard without defending
• soften without losing themselves
• rebuild trust without blame
• remember why they chose each other

Improving your marriage isn’t about fixing your partner.
It’s about learning how to be with each other differently.

If you’re ready to stop surviving your relationship
and start strengthening it—
there is a way forward.

This repeated the last 2 days in the office in 2025. When your work is deeply meaningful, and you want only the best for your clients, you show up-bandages and all.

It makes my day when a client shares the experience they've had of therapy with me and others by leaving a review. It is such a joy to show up for people and help them on their journey of life.

My Story

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s of Science in Counseling.

As a therapist, I take a wholehearted approach to therapy and consider all aspects of health – mind, body, and spirit – when working with you. My areas of specialty include anxiety, relationship issues, and depression.

I specialize in working with adults who have early childhood trauma.

The therapy I provide includes both individuals and couples, from busy professionals struggling with anxiety and stress, to overwhelmed partners failing to meet both their individual needs and the demands within their relationship.
