We’re excited to congratulate Jessica on her new role as our social media and events coordinator!

Jess started with Walden as an RBT in 2021 working with our residential clients in the community. For the last 4 and a half years, Jess has completed her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She currently provides residential and community-based services.

This position is a great fit for her creativity, organization, and ability to connect people and ideas. We’re confident she will make a meaningful impact and contribute great ideas to Walden while also helping expand our services into southern Indiana.

Big news from Walden! We are excited to announce that Chelsea Phillips-Payne has accepted the position of Director of Clinical Operations in Indiana. Over the past six years, Chelsea has made remarkable contributions to Walden as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and through her influential work within the foster care system. We eagerly anticipate continuing this journey with her as we expand our services into Indiana.

Our clinic is now open!

In April 2018, Walden opened a clinic for individuals between the ages of 2 and 21. These services specialize in minimizing challenging behaviors so that the individual can be successful in school, home, work and/or the community. Skills are taught and strengthened through discrete trials and natural environment training with an emphasis on generalization and maintenance planning for the home and the community.

Through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Walden is committed to helping individuals and families that are struggling to function in their everyday lives will educate the community on the benefits of ABA and the scientific validity of the field.

Walden will impact each person they serve and will give them the tools that they need to succeed.
