Releasing trapped emotions on toddlers is AMAZING! 🙌🏼

Lucian woke up on all the wrong sides of the bed yesterday, refusing to eat or find any joy in his morning - and my intuition guided me to check if he had any negative trapped emotions that were playing a part in his attitude. 😡💣

I muscle tested and found Hostile and Opinionated - "unfriendly, antagonistic", and "holding strong opinions and being unwilling to change them". 🙈 👀

Literally 5 minutes later, we were inhaling breakfast and enjoying each other's company 🥰💜

The only proper way to eat bacon...is with both hands 😅 🥓

Don't let this photo fool you though - just a few months ago, our typically good eater went through a meat strike! He refused to eat any meat, no matter what kind, how it was prepared, or what we gave him to dip it in. Do you have a picky toddler when it comes to protein? 🍗🥩

There are several different things that could be happening when it comes to what kids choose and refuse to eat. Sometimes their bodies have insufficient stomach acid to digest meat, they may have heavy metal or chemical toxicities disrupting the gut, or parasites creating carb and sugar cravings. Receiving multiple rounds of oral antibiotics can also imbalance the appetite. Other times it may be as harmless as their bodies adjusting to the frequencies of the Earth and geomagnetic storms, creating a need for less dense, more "living" food like fresh fruits and vegetables. Or, you may have a kid who is super sensitive to the quality of meat they are getting, for example, animals that are raised in a happy living environment and minimally processed, versus a McDonald's burger or Chick fil a sandwich.

One other important piece to your toddler's current relationship with food that most people don't consider is past life experiences or influences! In Lucian's case, he did need some light parasite cleansing, but the main reason he was avoiding meat was due to a previous lifetime where he experienced malnutrition and starvation, and meat sources were practically non existent, and severely rationed. It's actually quite common for toddlers and children to "revisit" past lifetimes of trauma to work through them and evolve in this lifetime. Unfortunately, most parents aren't aware of this piece of the puzzle, and assume it's a behavioral issue or developmental phase (which it very well could be!).

That's where muscle testing comes in! Your child's body is incredibly wise and knows what's going on - the problem is in knowing how to communicate that information to YOU as their parent! 🥰

2 days after releasing the memory of this past lifetime, Lucian started eating meat again, no problem. 🙌🏼 😋

I'll be 33 this Sunday, and I'm leaning into this birthday with renewed hope and excitement! 🥳🧁

Only 3 years ago, I was struggling to heal from a Traumatic Brain Injury after a car accident that left me completely unable to work, perform basic functions like keep track of a daily schedule, and I'd even get lost driving around the town I grew up in. I experienced the most intense emotional waves of my life, as my brain no longer had the capacity to be in charge of anything other than trying to survive. I lost the will to eat, couldn't sleep more than 2 hours at at time for months on end, and gave up my dream of helping others on their healing journeys. I felt so angry and betrayed by life, that I no longer had the capacity to care about what anyone else was going through. I made a pact with myself, that if nothing big changed in my life by my 30th birthday, I would plan my su***de.

3 years later, I am gratefully in awe of how much life can turn around, and how much of myself I've gotten back. I have a passion and fire to empower other people again, and feel excitement about all the places life is taking me.

This year I'll be launching my first online course, an 8-week deep dive into everything you need to know to rebuild the healthiest version of you from the ground up (or fine-tune already existing habits and routines). I can't wait to share the knowledge that's helped me come back to life again, and support you along the way so you don't have to feel as alone as I did. 🙌🏽
