Kali Yoga & Wellness is evolving into The OJAS Mama ✨
I began this journey in 2021 after completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, not knowing exactly where the path would lead. What started with yoga has deepened into a calling rooted in Ayurveda, somatics, trauma-informed healing and postpartum care.
For years, I tried to grow this work while working full time, immersed in intensive trainings and navigating postpartum life. My nervous system was in chronic stress. My mental health was depleted. It wasn’t until recently that I allowed myself to truly slow down, to integrate years of learning, healing, and transformation.
Now this work flows from embodiment, not burnout.
In Ayurveda, Ojas is the vital essence that governs immunity, strength, and vitality. It’s said we each carry eight sacred drops of Ojas in the heart, the very source of our radiance, resilience, and joy. The OJAS Mama is born from this wisdom- the belief that when we nourish those drops, we restore the heart. We return to ourselves.
I’m here to serve mamas, especially new and postpartum mothers, who are ready to feel grounded, nourished, and held. Whether you’re in the sacred window after birth or deep in a healing season of your life, my offerings help restore life force energy to your body and empower you to shine your light. You deserve to be nourished, not depleted.
