Rehearsals for Fiddler on the Roof are officially in that “cleaning up” phase. Cleaning up scenes, refining dances, running transitions and taking time behind the scenes to check in with our cast as the performance gets closer. That’s how community theatre events come together: preparation, support, and a whole lot of heart.

If you love local theatre, live performances, and seeing what goes into opening night, follow our page to stay updated on upcoming shows and events.

At the Downtown Loveland Sweetheart Festival, our nonprofit showed up in a big way.

Our president, Brandon Harrington, DJ’d the event and kept the energy alive while our actors were hired to create an immersive ballroom dance experience. And it was the final weekend of our Valentine’s haunted house fundraiser.

This is what community theatre looks like beyond the stage. Thank you to all who came out to support local events, fundraising creatively, and building unforgettable moments together.

In our production of Fiddler on the Roof, the smallest details like set pieces or character props help bring Anatevka to life in a way that feels real, honest, and powerful.

Our incredible prop manager shares how musical theatre props aren’t just background pieces for this musical but they are part of the storytelling. And as we inch closer to tech week, we’re still gathering a few key items to complete the world of this show.

Community theatre is built by passionate artists, creative problem-solvers, and supporters who believe in the power of live theatre. If you love behind the scenes theatre looks, musical theatre, or seeing how productions come together, l'chaim!

That’s why for our upcoming production of Cabaret, our director opened up a dance workshop for ALL auditioners before the big audition even happens.

Because community theatre isn’t about gatekeeping.
It’s about growth. Preparation. Confidence. Opportunity.

This was all about giving our actors a sneak peek into the audition experience. It was a chance to build skills and a safe space to take risks. Our COO Brittany is a pro at creating a supportive environment for performers to encourage and lift each other up in an industry that often pins creatives against each other.

That’s what local theatre is all about. ❤️

Every year, our community theatre summer camp gives young actors the chance to grow through storytelling, music, movement, and teamwork. It’s all led by educators who believe deeply in the power of the arts. This camp provides acting opportunities, creative expression, and a place where kids learn to try, fail, and shine together.

💛 Summer Camp registration is now OPEN.

This year at Loveland’s Sweetheart Festival, we are bringing something truly special to the Sweetheart Ball. Our actors are stepping into immersive performance roles to help transform the ballroom into a living story. This event has created real acting opportunities while elevating a beloved Valentine’s tradition.

We’re also excited to share that Find Your Light President Brandon Harrington will be DJing the event, continuing our mission to connect local artists, live entertainment, and community celebration.

We want more art, opportunity, and community in Loveland.

Share this to celebrate local theatre, Valentine’s magic, and the artists who make events like this unforgettable ❤️✨
