Therapy helps you understand patterns by slowing things down.
We start by noticing what keeps repeating— in your thoughts, relationships, reactions, or emotions. Then we get curious about why those patterns exist and what they’ve been protecting you from (because your brain didn’t just wake up one day and choose chaos).

Once a pattern is named, it becomes easier to recognize it in real time. That awareness creates space to pause, choose a different response, and practice something new. Over time, those small shifts add up to real change.

Patterns aren’t flaws, they’re learned responses. Therapy helps you recognize them, understand them, and gently rewrite the ones that no longer serve you.
