This client came in upset with uneven, lumpy filler from a previous injector. Most injectors would dissolve everything and start over…
Not me.

This transformation was created using 1 syringe of Restylane Defyne, placed strategically in the chin, pre jowl area, and marionette lines to restore lower face support.

As we age, the lower face loses structure. When that foundation weakens, the mouth can appear tense or downturned even at rest. This is not a lip issue.

By rebuilding support first
• the mouth relaxes naturally
• marionette lines soften
• the lower face looks lighter and more balanced

💡 Notice there was no lip filler. Once the structure is restored, the lips often look better on their own.
