This extra time feels like a little gift, allowing us to create an even more nourishing experience together. We can’t wait to share this space with you soon.

See that? That’s me - laying next to you in class. Fully present, in my body, a student, just like you.

This is where you’ll find me most of the time now, right alongside you, as I take a pause from teaching regular classes.

This decision wasn’t easy, but it feels true to the chapter I’m in. Teaching has been one of my greatest joys, yet somewhere along the way, I lost touch with my own personal practice. I know that with more time on my mat, I’ll return as an even more grounded and inspired teacher.

You’ll still see me around - subbing classes and at the front desk, leading sound baths, and holding space for private group classes outside of RSY. I’m so looking forward to sharing practice with you in a new way.

The Neighbor Fort Collins and Santosha Ventures presents the Santosha Sound Bath on Tuesday, November 4th at 6pm.

Madi Polansky, a certified sound healer, will guide us through an immersive journey using a captive array of instruments. This is a unique opportunity for attendees to come together, connect, and bask in the rejuvenating power of sound. Allow the harmonious vibrations to resonate with your inner self, leaving you refreshed, renewed, and your ready to embrace the journey ahead.

Your $45 ticket includes the 75 minute sound bath and an herbal tea. Participants are encouraged to arrive early with yoga mats, blankets, eye masks, and anything else to help them get comfortable.
