Magnolia Springs Loveland celebrated Thanksgiving with our annual family dinner! The event took place last Friday, November 21st. Chef Eric and his team served up traditional Thanksgiving fare, plus a few extras. We had turkey, ham, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, and lots more!

Magnolia Springs Loveland hosted their annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser to support the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati. We were so fortunate to have amazing sponsors this year. And with their generous support, along with so many generous donations, we were able to raise over $2,500! Thank you to everyone that attended!

Magnolia Springs Loveland participated in the Milford/Miami Township Holiday Lights Parade Thursday evening. Always an amazing time!

The team at Queen City Hospice hosted a Veteran's Recognition ceremony on Tuesday. We currently have 22 veterans residing at Magnolia Springs Loveland. Each was gifted a certificate, a small flag and a veteran's pin. We are proud to thank these residents for their service to our country!

Last night, we celebrated Halloween early! Denny Duvall provided some tunes, while kids from the community stopped by to trick or treat. Scary props, candy, popcorn, face painting, glow sticks and lots of dancing filled our evening. Thanks to everyone who came out to participate!

Last weekend's Fall Fest was a hit! The weather was perfect! We had a Tikiz truck, live music, baby goats, craft vendors, cotton candy, face painting, and hayrides. This was a free community event that we plan to do annually. See you next year!

Magnolia Springs Loveland Assisted Living and Memory Care is once again teaming up with Mezedes for a Dine to Donate on October 15. All proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. It’s amazing food for an amazing cause! Please join us at Mezedes!

During AL Week, residents and staff paired off in teams for the MSL version of the Amazing Race. The race began with directions for participants to find their Resident Council President. Once they found her, she gave them a clue for stop #2. Interesting facts led racers to 15 different stops, including information from residents and staff.
Ginny and Destiny finished first and each took home a $25 gift card, compliments of Mullaney's Pharmacy.

Approximately 150 5th graders from Loveland Intermediate visited this week to learn about our residents. For a project called "Living History" they learned about military service, met relatives of professional baseball players, and the met the doctor that helped start Dayton Children's Hospital! Over three days, lots of stories were told. Residents absolutely LOVED spending time with the kids. We hope we can do this again next year!
