At TLC on Taft, we are focused on providing the very best in 24 hour residential elder care! Our family owned and operated facility was created out of the love of two passions: elder care and hospitality. Joanne Rauh, owner and onsite operator of TLC on Taft, comes from over 15 years in elder care services. Joanne was trained and practiced as a CNA for several years at Benedictine Living Centers

in North Dakota, before transitioning to the facility's Spiritual Care Director position. As Spiritual Care Director, Joanne introduced weekly events such as "Remembering Your Spirit Tea". She led bible studies, organized visits from local religious leaders, and supported residents and their families dealing and struggling with saying good bye at end of life. This love of caring for the elderly, coupled with Joanne's 20 years ownership of The Robins' Nest Bed and Breakfast, has given rise to TLC on Taft! While owning The Robin's Nest Joanne enjoyed opening her home to travelers, workers, and families. She hosted government officials, professional athletes, and world renowned writers. She offered decadent home cooked meals paired with Midwest hospitality. The formula was a success and for 20 years The Robin's Nest was an institution in her small town of Garrison, ND. In 2012 Joanne moved to Loveland, CO to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She worked for a large assisted living facility here in Loveland as well as Fort Collins. She loved working with the people in both of these facilities, and truly saw a need. This need was providing a beautiful home setting for the elderly, bridging the gap between assisted living and skilled nursing care. We would love the opportunity to give you a tour of TLC on Taft and visit about how we might be able to help provide care for loved one!
