Our bodies move in patterns, cycles, and rhythms - just like nature.

When we learn to understand these rhythms, we stop fighting ourselves and start working with our innate intelligence.

In this Yoga Therapy workshop, Stephanie ( ) will guide you through the wisdom of the 20 Gunas (qualities of nature) alongside the Ayurvedic clock and seasonal cycles, giving you practical tools to restore balance from the inside out.

✨ Teacher Spotlight: Sarah Beatriz✨

We are so honored to welcome Sarah Beatriz into the Resilient Soul Yoga teaching family!

Sarah Beatriz ( ) is a devoted yoga teacher who loves guiding people back into balance, body, mind, and spirit. For Sarah, yoga is a path of awakening and connection, and her classes are designed to be grounding, uplifting, and full of heart.

Since 2011, she’s completed over 1,000 hours of training in Sivananda Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Integrated Vinyasa, and continues to explore Yin, Restorative, Chair, Aerial Yoga, Yoga for Recovery, and sound baths. She also studies traditional astrology as a tool for self-understanding and alignment.

With more than a decade of teaching experience, Sarah blends mindful movement, breath, meditation, and sound to help students feel at home in their own bodies and lives.

When she’s not on the mat, Sarah can be found reading, dancing, exploring nature, climbing, practicing aerial arts, traveling, listening to music, or cuddling with her Frenchie. She brings curiosity, joy, and a love of life into everything she does, and invites her students to do the same.

Resonance Sound Journey with Lindsay H ( Lindsay Hess | Wanderlotus™️ ) is an invitation to soften, settle, and let your nervous system be held.

Resonance begins with gentle, accessible movement to help the body release held tension and arrive more fully in the present moment. From there, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath designed to support regulation, rest, and renewal.

Crystal singing bowls offer clear, resonant tones that help move stagnant energy. Koshi chimes bring in soft, elemental melodies. The grounding rhythm of the handpan supports the body’s sense of safety, while the gong creates expansive waves of sound that invite deep relaxation.

This is a space to slow down and come back into relationship with yourself, the lunar cycle, and community. Together we’ll reflect, move gently, and listen inward as winter continues its slow, honest work.

Each Full Moon Gathering includes:

Play With Your Edge is our monthly asana workshop for students who are ready to explore what’s possible - without pressure or performance.

This practice is about learning, not proving. Together we break down more advanced postures into accessible variations, or “bus stops,” so you can meet your body where it is while still moving toward something new.
