The year of the Horse is inviting us to deepen our intuition and empathy.

Especially in an era in history where we are being asked to care about others.

A few simple ways I love to connect with my intuition abh empathy without overhwlem are...

🙏🏾 5 min a day- turn your phone on airplane, find a quiet spot, sit in silence and breathe

🙏🏾 Go into nature and notice what birds, animals you see- each creature holds animal spiritual medicine- fit example- a perched hawk- reminds us to slow down, observe, focus before taking flight

🙏🏾 When you wake up in the morning take a few extra moments to breathe into heart- to activate your heart Chakra.

These 3 simple tools helps you ground into your body, feel the energy around you, and lead into your heart.
