Hb 102 of some sort needs to happen as currently there is no separation of powers between executive and judicial branches in Wyoming. However hb 102 is submitted with criminal intent to further defraud the individuals residing in Wyoming of their rights protected by the Constitutions.
Fact, Wyoming is run by de facto municipal corporations that do not allow Constitutional defenses. A de jure government enables we the people to have a voice ,Hb 102 will tighten the noose of tyranny and monopoly of municipal corporations within the Territory of Wyoming.
We are led to believe we have de jure constitutional protections. This is a lie. This new bill if accepted allows only Attorneys at Law and Wyoming Bar Association parented by American Bar Association to be in charge of the judicial branch and enforcement of law. I have a letter from current Wyoming AG that it will only represent STATE ENTITIES. They want us to have 'legal services' not access to substantiative law, which they advertise they will provide. Attorney in Fact is a legal individual , officer of the court, that can and will represent only the state. the Rights of Individuals need to be protected by due process of LAW . This is now allowed and mandated in many States, not Wyoming. Only if we can elect an AG that is not member of Wyoming Bar Association we have hope for a Republic. If we have overseer of jails that is not part of the de facto monopolize system we have hope for a Republic . If we have Ombudsman that can initiate grand jury to protect Individuals against the State 'interests' we have hope of Republic. Right now we live in cages with the doors left open, I tell you the truth.

With a couple feet of frost in the ground, no better time to enable phytoplankton, the building block for a healthy wetlands system. This area has been historically so wet that foot traffic was hardly possible, in the desert. This is a multi function year round catchment pond which will:
1/ contain subsurface hydrological flows which are causing sodic, anaerobic hydric conditions across 60 acres
2/ contain sediment and mitigate 8000 uphill acres of ephemeral inflows before wild water enters a blue ribbon trout fishery
3/catchment pond #2 in a flood flow irrigation system
4/ year round eye candy
5/ best skating in town.
