Hi, I’m Krystal Bolduc, Integrative Health Practitioner, Food Therapist, and founder of LYFE Nutrition (Living Your Full Experience). For decades, my own body carried the weight of autoimmune disease, PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and lupus. I know what it feels like to live in the constant battle of fatigue, inflammation, and food/ diet/ body obsession. But I also know what it feels like to be free. By choosing to heal through whole food, detoxification, and deep soul work, I released over 100 pounds of weight and inflammation, reversed my conditions, and stepped into a life of vitality, strength, and joy. Now, my mission is to help women do the same. At LYFE Nutrition, I teach you how to end the war with food and body once and for all. Together, we uncover the root causes of weight gain, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and digestive distress not just so you can feel better for a season, but so you can thrive for life. My approach weaves together the three pillars of LYFE Nutrition:

Because normal isn’t the same as optimal.
15 years ago I spend thousands, THOUSANDS $$ to try and figure out what was wrong with me. Everytime all I was given was of “everything is normal” from my Drs. This left me hopeless, it left me thinking I was crazy, and also, doomed to just accept “This is my new normal?!”
Everything in me knew there was more to the story.

Our symptoms paired with labs tell us a story. But most doctors only read the headlines. When we look through an Integrative Health lens, we don’t just check if you’re “in range.” We search for what your body’s been whispering all along… the subtle signs of imbalance, depletion, and overload that conventional medicine often overlooks.

The most damaging advice I have ever heard in the health industry as a Holistic Nutritionist...

“Just eat less and move more.”
aka calories in vs. calories out.

Counting calories may teach people about the basics of math…
but it doesn’t teach them how to nourish their bodies and eat for longevity.

This phrase has been preached as the golden rule for weight loss and health, but let’s be honest...

It’s oversimplified, outdated, and simply damaging.

Because in today’s world, the real issue isn’t calories, it’s chemicals.

Our “food” system is filled with artificial sweeteners, seed oils, preservatives, dyes, and additives that completely disrupt the gut, hormones, mind, and metabolism.

You can eat 1,500 calories a day and still feel bloated, anxious, and exhausted if those calories come from ultra-processed junk.

I woke up CRAVING chocolate. I knew exactly why!

Instead of finding the stash of chocolate, I tossed some sweet potatoes in the oven and practiced some delayed gratification. 👀

I mean… What if dessert could love your hormones back?

These rich, fudgy brownies are made with whole-food ingredients that support stable blood sugar, healthy progesterone production, and gentle detox pathways. No refined flours, no dairy, blood sugar spike, just nutrients that work with your body.

Sweet Potato Brownies
What’s in it:

1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
½ cup nut butter of choice
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup chocolate chips
Flaky salt to top
Note: for thicker brownies, double the recipe and cook an extra 10min.

How to make it:
Bake and remove skins frm sweet potatoes then mash in a bowl. Mix in wet ingredients, then fold in dry. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in a parchment-lined 9x9 pan. Cool, slice, and enjoy. So easy!

In America, we go from a candy-filled Halloween… to a pie-stuffed Thanksgiving… to a cookies, candy, and booze-fueled Christmas… all in just 60 days.

And every year, right on cue, we call it “flu season.”
But what we’re also facing, is sugar season.

Two months of blood sugar spikes, alcohol, stress, and lack of sleep and we wonder why our immune systems crash right as winter hits.

It’s not just about the germs going around it’s about how we treat our bodies.

Every part, from skin to posture, carries vital messages about your health.

Most women think their weight struggles come down to willpower, calories, or hormones.
That was me too. Well, because that’s what every “weightloss professional” will say.

Over 25 years on my own journey and 15 journeying with other women. I started to ask more, see more.
What if it’s something deeper… something your doctor never mentioned? Something that diet culture has shifted your perspective on?

Here’s the behind the scenes truth most people don’t know:
Your body isn’t broken. It’s burdened.

Every single day, we’re exposed to thousands of hidden toxins that our bodies were NEVER meant to deal with. Our food is sprayed and covered, our air is polluted, our water, beauty products, cleaning supplies… I can go on and on.
These “obesogens” (yes, that’s a real term) quietly build up in your body and interfere with the hormones that regulate metabolism, hunger, and fat storage.

So when your body clings to fat, it’s often doing it to protect you… not punish you.
Fat becomes the safest place to store what the liver can’t process.

You can eat clean. You can exercise daily. You can do “all the right things.”
But if your detox pathways are sluggish and your cells are inflamed, your body simply can’t release the weight because it’s not safe to.
Making sense?

This is why detoxification in this modern world is not a trend it’s a necessity.
When you support your liver, open your pathways, clean up your environment, and lower your toxic load, your body finally exhales in safety.

I was told my life would always be defined by the diagnose’s.

Hashimoto’s. Lupus. PCOS. Endometriosis. Chronic pain and inflammation.

Each one felt like a chain around my body, my hope and my future.
But here’s the untold truth…
These diagnosis DO NOT have to become your identity.

I refused to accept bo***ge as my story.
Instead, I chose LYFE. A little bit at a time.

I chose to eat, move, pray, and live as if my life depended on it…
because it did and it does.
It wasn’t easy. Healing rarely is.
But neither was staying sick.

But step by step, the weight released.
The inflammation calmed.
The brain fog cleared.
The energy was restored.

And the chains of disease lost their hold on me.
Today, I don’t live under those labels.

I live in freedom.
I live in the vitality that comes from choosing health first.
And I live with the deep conviction that this one body, this one life, IS WORTH fighting for.

I would rather say,
“I can’t believe I healed that. I can’t believe I lived that. I can’t believe I get to do this.”

Than whisper, “I wish I had done that.”

Friend, your body is not your enemy.
You don’t HAVE to live in bo***ge to a diagnosis.
You can choose LIFE one meal, one movement, one moment at a time.

This is your reminder: the diagnosis, your story isn’t over.
Your health is your freedom.

I’ve JUST recently been able to drink coffee again and it’s making my heart and soul SO HAPPY! Not everyday, but here and there…

Truth is: What’s healthy for one person can be harmful for another.

Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a nuanced conversation between your genes, your environment, your current state of health, and your body’s ability to detoxify and metabolize what you consume.

This is why bio-individuality matters.

Even something widely praised like coffee for its antioxidant benefits might not serve you if your liver detox pathways are sluggish or your body doesn’t metabolize caffeine efficiently.

Context is everything.

This is the work we do in functional nutrition:
We don’t just recommend nutrients we assess your terrain.

Before adding, we investigate.
Before suggesting, we listen.
Before labeling something “healthy,” we ask:
Is it healthy for you, right now?
