Friendship Hill Retirement Center has a full-time groundskeeper/maintenance position at our 55+ senior living village available. You'll work with great people in a nice, quiet community. Experience in all areas of facility maintenance is desirable. Duties include, but not limited to: groundskeeping (32 acres in the country), repair, upkeep (experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC helpful), ability to lift 75-100 lbs., and interpersonal skills with residents and staff.
