AHS is 1 week out from the first FREE physical opportunity provided by Bath Community Hospital/Physicians.

Forms are available in the main office or on the AHPS website, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DqphGNrb6Ju6KULRINt7_3hLhjQ51FsS/view

Once forms are completed by the parent or the guardian, they can be turned in to the office to be held on to.

Due to current snow/sleet that is coming down we will be opening the clinic tomorrow 1/6/25 opening at 9am. If you have any question or concerns please give us a call. October is National PT Month. We would like to thank our amazing PT staff for all their hard work and dedication to helping everyone of our patients. In honor of PT month our staff have had a fun week of dressing up look for more photos tomorrow as to every day this week has been something different.
