Congratulations Jaime Rivera Soto, Certified Therapy Aide, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Jaime’s hard work, willingness to help, and CARE qualities are why he was nominated by so many of his peers, residents and families as our Quest for Excellence winner. Jaime has been with Lowell Healthcare for eight years. Within that time, he has made such a positive impact with every role he has taken on.

Jaime came to Lowell Healthcare by chance right out of High School and started his career as a CNA. Growing up, he always had an ambition to become a barber but once he became an aide, he realized his love and passion made helping the elderly his true calling.

Jaime has two older sisters. He recently bought a house where his mom and abuelito reside with him. He was born in Chicago and at 10 years old, he moved to Lowell. He is a Chicago Fire fan and enjoys going to as many games as possible. Vamos Fire!!! Jaime also loves watching professional AEW wrestling and he loves Puerto Rican food.

When asked what he likes best about being at Lowell, he stated “I absolutely love my residents. But I also love working with my team in therapy. The girls are always so much fun and we get along so well.” One resident stated that “From the first day that I met Jaime, he has always pushed and helped me push to get my strength back. He always has a smile on his face, and I can tell he truly cares.” Jaime is such a positive part of our Lowell Healthcare team and we are so proud of his accomplishments.
