We have been dreaming and working to make this program possible since day one and now to start off the year 2026, we are providing TWO military veterans with certified service dogs through this application. Our Griefshare Support Group will be starting up its next class on Monday Nights, starting February 2nd from 6:30-8:30pm. The group is dedicated to providing help and comfort to those going through the grieving process. There is no cost to attend the support group. Please enter at door "C". We are located at 299 N. Holiday grief support, November 19th, Highland , IN

The Lowell Town Council will be temporarily closing the North and South Municipal Parking Lots this Thursday and Friday so they can be crack sealed and restriped. The North Lot will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 11. The South Lot will be completed over a period of two days. The east side of the South Lot will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 11. The west side of the South Lot will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on Friday, September12. This work is weather dependent. We appreciate your patience during this time and ask you to be considerate of our contractors.
