Food Establishment" to resale food.
*We supply the kitchen facility, utilities, basic kitchen equipment, basic pots and pans, a ware washing isle, hand sink, mop sink, kitchen towels, and supplies for clean up.
*You supply your own ingredients, utensils, special pots, pans and supplies
*Your hourly rental depends on your area and equipment usage. As you rent more hours per session, week or month the rate goes down.
*Dry storage, freezer and cooler storage, and rolling lockers for your supplies are available for rent.

*We have added a sanitizer to the equipment available in Facility Kitchens. This machine heats the water to 180 degrees for a 4 minute cycle to sanitize glass containers before filling with product. This speeds up production for a producer who needs to sanitize containers before filling. Special Services Offered:
*Help with paperwork for the Kent County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Agriculture
*Accepting deliveries from your vendors
