There's still time to join us for Yoga Fundamentals! On Friday, March 20th & 27th, join us to build your foundation for a transformative yoga practice, or deepen your understanding. Each session will introduce you to essential yoga postures commonly found in a typical class, but at a slower, more deliberate pace.
