On Saturday, our Senior Teen Employment Program participated in the Monster Bash. STEP participants gave out candy to the trick or treaters. Everyone worked hard during the event, giving out treats as part of their team building and leadership skills!

On Sunday, October 19th, our Youth Program went to the Shriners Auditorium in Wilmington for a fun day of trunk or treating! This was their first experience doing this awesome event and saw amazing decorations on different vehicles and filled their bags with goodies. They had a bast!

On Friday, October 17th, our Senior Youth Program went to a SociAbility event in Westford. The event was inclusive for all types of disabilities. They were able to form great connections. Filled their bellies with food, enjoyed games and pumpkin decorating. Thanks to the Westford Commission on Disability for the wonderful event. They all had a blast!

On Sunday, October 5th, our VIP program had their annual Halloween party at the office. They decorated their very own pumpkins; using various materials from paints to stickers. A BIG thank you to Ogonowski Farm in Dracut, for providing us with the pumpkins!

On Tuesday, we took our annual trip to Ogonowski’s Farm in Dracut! Everyone chose their pumpkins while learning from Mr. O and Janice about the origins of the white pumpkin! Don’t keep them in the sun too long or the will turn yellow! Thank you Mr O for your constant generosity to Lowell Association for the Blind!

On Saturday, October 4th, our Senior Teen Employment Program (STEP) made some quick and easy tasty Halloween treats. They made no bake Halloween cheesecake cups and caramel apple pretzel squares.

On Sunday, September 28th, our Senior Youth Program went to Smolak Farms for their annual apple picking trip. They feed the farm animals, went on a hay ride, and picked three different apples from Mac’s, Golden Ginger, and Gala.

On Saturday, September 20th, the Youth Program attended the sculpture kinetic race in downtown Lowell. They saw some unique vehicles that went by and it was the perfect weather for the event.

On Sunday, September 14th, our Youth Program took their annual trip to Smolak Farms for an amazing day of apple picking. They picked a various amount from Mac’s and Courtlands.
