Just wanted to let everyone know, no matter who you voted for, you and your family are welcome at our office, and we love you 🤗❤️. This is a time for connection and commonalities. There is much more that joins us than divides us, despite what all the media outlets would have us believe. If your candidate won, a sincere congratulations. Let’s not be willing to throw away relationships and friendships because of a difference of political opinion. Let’s not throw people away. Let’s think deeply about what we say and how we say it. If what we say puts up a wall between us and another person, it doesn’t really matter if the wall came from a democrat or republican, a liberal or conservative, a wall is a wall, and it’s really hard to show or feel love through a wall. Be a bridge builder. Meet people more than half way. Look for opportunities to stand with people who feel unseen and unheard. Plant your flag in compassion and refuse to move it. And know that you are welcome here. ❤️
