Yoga is a great way for anyone to remain healthy in their later years. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried yoga before as there’s no age limit to doing it. The benefits are the same for everyone, whether they are 7 or 70. Reduced stress and anxiety, a calm and relaxed mind and a healthier body.
