Hey Lubbock peeps! 🌵💜
I'm opening a small, in-person Teen Girls Group just for 13-15 year olds (middle school crew)—a safe, fun space where your daughter can truly relax, connect with peers who get it, and build tools to handle the everyday stuff like friend drama, school pressure, social media stress, self-image worries, and those big feelings that come with growing up.
No forced talking, no homework, no 'fixing'—just low-pressure activities, laughs, real talk when they're ready, and a judgment-free circle to feel seen, supported, and less alone. In our West Texas world, our teen girls deserve a spot to just be themselves and come out feeling stronger and calmer.
Details:
-Mondays, 4:30–6:00 PM (right after school—easy drop-off/pick-up)
-Starts Monday, March 2, 2026 — Ends April 20, 2026 (8 weeks total)
-In-person here in Lubbock (location details shared upon registration)
$35 per session (pay per session to hold her spot—weekly link provided)
-Limited to only 10 girls (spots are going fast!)
-Led by me: Marisa Stalvey, MS, LPC (Embrace Your Calm, PLLC)
