Are you ready to build some life changing skills? 🙋‍♀️Are you ready for your child to THRIVE this school year? 🙋‍♀️ Well buckle up friends because we have the skill building group for you! 👏We are gearing up for our skill building groups that focus on executive functions starting in August. The group sessions will focus on the set of cognitive skills that help individuals manage their thoughts, actions, and emotions to achieve goals and develop meaning friendships with others. Give your kiddos the tools and skills they need to really THIVE this school year 🧠💪🙌

Skills Addressed Include:

🧘Self-regulation

We will have 2 executive function groups this fall. The groups will meet on the following days👇

⭐️Mondays 4:00 - 5:00
For children ages 6-9

⭐️Tuesdays 4:00 - 5:00
For children ages 9+
