Santa just finished up his season competing in the Highland Games and is on track for another great Christmas! He’s checking his list, have you been naughty or nice? Come see him, bring the kiddos, get a picture! He will be at Gainiac from 3pm to 4pm on Christmas Eve! All kids will get a treat!!🍬🍭

Help us hype up ! She is stepping on the national stage this Friday at the NPC National Championship in Irving Texas. She is competing in Women’s Physique and has definitely put the work in. Karla is one of the hardest workers that we know. Keeping her head down and locked in for months, we have no doubt that she will set the stage on fire! She’s bringing one hell of a package and we can’t wait! Let’s go Karla! Go get that card!

Let’s hear it for . He is competing this Saturday in the Battle of Texas in Irving, Tx. It’s been 18 months since his last competition. He’s had his head down and been grinding hard. He’s definitely put on some great size and we have no doubt that he will dominate the stage. He will be competing in Men’s Physique and is bringing his best package yet! Go kill it Jack! Bring home that hardware!

I brought back hardware! My first international meet was a success.

677.5 kg total = 1494 lbs (new meet PR)
280 kg deadlift = 617 lbs (broke PRx2)
165 kg bench = 354 lbs (matched PR)
232.5 kg squat = 513 lbs (new meet PR)
8/9 on lifts

I overcame two injuries (including one at the meet), a disappointing showing a few months ago at a local meet, and a very short prep. This would not have been possible without the incredible coaching of and the support from , , and WTX friends and family.

Even across the pond I had support from University College London who used the competition as an excuse to have me give a lecture (and give me a place to stay for much of the trip). Our new 308kg national and world champion and his coach for handling me at the meet (and also giving me a place to stay).

Thank you everyone for the support. Next stop is the 2026 National Bench Press Championships in Pheonix Arizona 3-28-26. Stay tuned.

Let’s hear it for our Pro Strongman athlete ! She is competing this week in the that are being held in Dallas, Tx this year. This is her 4th year to make it to the games! She’s been locked in and working hard each and every year! Past finishes are 9th, 7th and 5th creeping closer and closer to the podium each year! Chelsea is one of our very first athletes. Starting with us back in 2021 we’ve gotten to watch her climb the ranks in the sport and achieve great things including earning her Pro status, top finishes in numerous comps all over the world! Most recently finishing 3rd in North Americas Strongest up in Canada. She is one hell of an athlete, mom and coach! Let’s go Chelsea! Do your thing! Bring home that top place finish!!
