So I guess I need to be clear about some things if you do not have the funds to pay for your service at the end of your service and you leave that is called theft of services. Especially when it is abundantly noticeable that you knew you didn’t have the money in the first place thank you for ripping off a legally blind, single mother.

These stretches and positions are going to help open up your hips, relieve that sciatic nerve pressure, and loosen up that piriformis muscle—basically giving your pelvic area some love. Stretching is so important; it keeps you moving, eases tension, and helps you feel a bit more comfortable.

For anyone dealing with lymphatic issues, swelling, or just wanting to boost circulation, I often recommend the vibration plate! It’s a fantastic tool to enhance lymphatic drainage and reduce inflammation. But let’s make it even better—while you’re on the plate, some simple stretches will do wonders.

Try this: Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms overhead, gently bending side to side. Then, widen your stance, softly bend your knees, and rock side to side to open up your hips. You can even do a gentle squat, engaging your pelvic floor as you rise. Finally, try a mini cat-cow motion from a half-squat, tilting your pelvis forward and back gently. Breathe deeply through it all, and let that lymph flow!
