I help strength athletes and active adults train smarter, recover better, and perform long term through individualized rehab and strategic loading. I've been practicing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the last 6 years and I've been lucky enough to practice in five different states (Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arizona, and currently Nevada). I am passionate about helping individuals achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle with physical activity at the center. I didn't grow up an athlete, nor did I become a physical therapist because I was once a PT patient. I became a PT because I find that we are in such a unique position to build relationships with people in vulnerable states and provide the resources and support needed to lead healthier lifestyles. I am particularly passionate about helping those that are trying to get back to the gym after an injury or while dealing with chronic pain. I want to make it easier for those with busy lives to gain access to high-quality healthcare. I'm here to challenge the notion that EXCELLENT PT care can only be provided in person. PT is so much more than short-term pain solutions, it's about empowering people and changing lives. Questions on working together for fitness coaching or virtual PT?
