A little bit about Wendi…..

All of us need help sometimes. Having been in the client chair I understand how difficult it can be to be honest and vulnerable with another person. My hope is to provide a safe, accepting space for those honest, vulnerable conversations to take place. My approach to counseling is person-centered with a sprinkle of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
