Blueberry Muffin Fudge 🍫

You’ve never had fudge until you’ve tried this Blueberry Muffin Fudge recipe! It's the perfect way to get excited about fresh blueberries and a no-bake treat.

Ingredients:
Fudge:
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups white chocolate, melted
1 tsp blue food coloring gel
1 tsp purple food coloring gel

Topping:
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey

Directions:
Prepare the Fudge:
Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a mixer, blend butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Microwave flour and add to the mixer, blending well.
Melt sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate together, then blend into the flour mixture.
Add blueberries and food coloring, mixing gently.
Pour the mixture into the pan and refrigerate overnight.

Prepare the Topping:
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, vanilla, and honey.
Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.

Assemble:
Cut fudge into squares and sprinkle with topping and extra blueberries before serving.
