We gathered for a cozy Friendsgiving lunch and loaded up our plates with all the comfort food favorites, with roast beef, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and more!

We also took a moment to write down what we’re thankful for, which definitely got us in the holiday spirit.

Good food, great friends, and lots to be grateful for — that’s what this season is all about!

Our residents had a deliciously educational time touring Breedlove Foods this week! They got to see the process of filling and sealing meal bags, peek into the quality control lab and even sample some of the tasty food that helps nourish communities around the world.

It was inspiring to learn how Breedlove combines compassion, science, and a whole lot of teamwork to make a global impact right here in Lubbock. A huge thank-you to the Breedlove team for welcoming us so warmly — and feeding both our minds and our appetites!
