Merry Christmas from Lubbock Health Care Center! Residents, Families, and Staff enjoyed celebrating together at our Annual Christmas Celebration!Laughter, smiles and Holiday Cheer! Many thanks to Irene Lance and her Santa’s Helpers for providing fun games and helping serve the wonderful food! Santa and his Elf loved bringing happiness to so many. Much thanks to the Staff and the Community for the FABULOUS gifts the Residents received. You helped bring so much joy to their hearts! We love our group gift of a BINGO calling Ball!!!! They are so appreciative and looking forward to the next BINGO session!We are so grateful for all the special moments we share together!

🌟 Employee of the Month – Congratulations, Courtney Bankston! 🌟

Please join us in congratulating Courtney Bankston, our HR Coordinator, as this month’s Employee of the Month!

Courtney has been with Lubbock Healthcare Center for just over a year. She was promoted into her HR role after previously working in long-term care as a CNA for six years. Though new to the HR position, Courtney has stepped into the role with confidence, compassion, and a strong commitment to supporting both our staff and residents.

Her dedication to the facility and genuine care for others are truly unmatched. Courtney is always eager to help wherever she’s needed and does so with a positive, upbeat attitude that makes a difference every day.

Thank you, Courtney, for all that you do. We are so proud to have you as part of the Lubbock Healthcare Center team! 👏💙
