💡 About: Professionals often struggle with fatigue, poor sleep quality, and low energy due to stress, wellness habits that start in the home, and workload demands. This session, Better Sleep and Energy for HR Professionals, equips participants with practical, natural strategies to improve sleep, restore energy, and build lifestyle habits that directly impact performance and well-being.
Specific learning objectives:
1. Identify the impact of sleep and energy on focus, productivity, and stress management.
2. Assess personal habits, routines & behaviors that contribute to non-restorative sleep and fatigue.
3. Implement actionable strategies to enhance well-being and maintain consistent energy throughout the workday.
📚 Re-certification Credits Available 📚
This session qualifies for 1-hour general HRCI and 1 SHRM Professional Development Credit (PDC). Details will be provided after the meeting.
Anyone can attend in place of an active BNHRC member. Guests are also welcomed to attend. The guest fee is $15 and must be paid by the registration deadline. Potential new members and first-time guests can attend their first BNHRC event for free!
