After tearing up my shoulder traumatically, I found myself, after surgery, unable to sleep laying down, shower, change my clothes, as well as swim, fish, play with my nephews, drive, or ride an ATV. My arm would not move.

The team here, especially Becca and Aaron, using all the tools, including unconventional techniques, have my surgeon amazed at my recovery. With humor, empathy, and a lot of direction and patience, my arm is almost back to normal. I am sleeping in a bed, hiking, fishing, and even shoveling snow. For that I am very grateful!

Thank you all for everything. This team is amazing and PT works!

Prior to receiving physical therapy for my left shoulder at Physical Therapy Associates, I was unable to move and extend my arm with confidence. | certainly could not lift heavy items nor workout in the capacity I wanted to. I had struggled with my shoulder for almost a decade as I was caring for my daughter and placing other priorities ahead of focusing on my own health.

During a visit at Dr. Scioli's office, Lex was recommended to me for his expert knowledge in assisting with shoulder rehabilitation. At my first visit, all the staff was extraordinarily kind, considerate and hospitable. I noticed all the therapists deeply cared for their patients and were very attentive.

Beginning therapy, Lex focused on improving my shoulder by first teaching my brain to be comfortable with using my shoulder again. As we progressed, we added weight and exercises, meanwhile Lex was very careful to continually make sure I was not in pain or that the shoulder was not over extended. After a few weeks of therapy, I could tell a significant difference in my confidence using my arm and the continued increase in strength and better shoulder alignment.

As I finish my therapy today, I consider this experience a great success and I wish I had done it sooner! I had no idea what amazing results we would achieve, I am now able to continue exercising my shoulder on my own with the knowledge I was given. I am sincerely grateful! THANK YOU LEX!

Physical Therapy Associates, and Kenny Young in particular, did an amazing job at rehabilitating my knee.

This is a second knee that I have had rehabbed with Kenny. He is kind, caring, funny and he's very good at relieving anxiety. I feel like I am ready to take on normal life again.

Thanks for taking me from the beginning to the finish line.
