Journeys Counseling Center, Lubbock's trusted multi-disciplinary mental health practice, is growing our compassionate team!
We're looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who thrives in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Schedule: Tue–Fri: 11 AM–8 PM | Sat: 8 AM–4 PM
(1-hour lunch + predictable hours for great work-life balance!)
Compensation & Perks: $13–$15/hour
Immediate PTO + sick time, Supportive team that values your contributions

Location: Lubbock, TX (in-office role)

What You'll Do
-Be the warm, welcoming voice: Handle intake calls, emails, scheduling, and matching clients with the perfect therapist
-Verify insurance benefits and answer questions with care & professionalism
-Prepare client documents, correspondence, and maintain organized, confidential files
-Keep things running smoothly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive) + Google Calendar
Who We're Looking For
-Super organized with excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
-Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
-Warm, professional demeanor + true team player
-Bonus: Prior EHR (Electronic Health Records) or call center experience, but not required! Full training provided
