Perimenopause isn’t the beginning of the end. It’s the beginning of your body recalibrating.

When you know what your hormones are doing, it stops feeling unpredictable and starts feeling manageable.

The “foundations” may sound boring, but they are the real hormone regulators:

• Prioritize your protein and try to consume 0.8g per pound of bodyweight
• Regulate your stress with walks, breathwork, journaling, and sunlight
• Prioritize sleep

It’s not about fighting your hormones. It’s about creating an environment they can thrive in 👏🏻

“When I started working with Kasey, I had just had my second miscarriage and was at a low point mentally, physically, emotionally. Physically I was so exhausted all day, and just couldn’t function as the mom or business owner I wanted to be. The bloating was so extreme by the end of the day it was painful. And I was stuck in fight or flight mode feeling on edge all the time.

I have several friends who have worked with MPH trainers before, so I messaged one and they thought I would pair well with Kasey. They were right. I was nervous to start as I was in such a fragile state I knew I couldn’t handle anything to intense, but Kasey met me where I was at and helped me slowly change habits and was understanding along the way when things were hard and I had set backs. She never made me feel like I failed, and on my tough weeks she encouraged and helped change my plans up to have a week of success to get me back on track.

I now am at a point where I have the tools to be able to recognize shifts in my body and health and keep myself from sliding back into the habits I had prior to working with Kasey. I can eat and not bloat, I have energy to get through my day, I am sleeping through the night, my hormones are continuing to improve from the rough year they had went through, and the inflammation my body was holding onto for so long is gone.

Working with Kasey has helped improve my marriage, my business as I can show up with energy to thrive again, and most importantly as a mother. I have energy to make it through the day and make dinner, and play with my daughter at the end of the day.

To anyone on the fence thinking of working with Kasey, the only regret you will have is that you didn’t start sooner. I know that was my only regret. Kasey will change your life in the best ways.”
