We're hiring full-time and part-time Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) at both our Lubbock and Levelland clinics. Why work with us?

At McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy, we are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Doctors of Physical Therapy who are passionate about manual therapy, evidence-based practice, and delivering exceptional patient care. We value clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced orthopedic outpatient clinic and appreciate being rewarded for their productivity and dedication.

We offer exciting opportunities for professional growth, including leadership roles such as Site Coordinator at one of our clinics. Our therapists are encouraged to pursue advanced specializations in areas such as manual therapy, women’s health, Schroth-based scoliosis treatment, and dry needling—with 100% of course fees for certifications and specializations covered by our practice.

Additionally, our physical therapists have the option to increase their earnings by treating patients at our partner hospital outside of regular clinic hours.

"I have so much gratitude for my physical therapy at McCombs. Dr. Dallin and Ben have been amazing and so caring about helping me with my injury and getting back to my normal life. When I first came here I was in so much pain in my left hip. I had difficulty walking or sitting or standing was out of the question. Everything has improved so much. I feel so much stronger. I can walk, sit, and stand without pain. My energy has improved so much, as well as my sleep. I was only sleeping 2-3 hours in pain, but now I am sleeping 7-8 hours and not waking up in pain. "My doctor recommmended pelvic Floor Therapy... I did not even know there was such a thing. I have weak pelvic floor muscles from babies, age, activities etc. Clarice is AMAZING, kind, knowledgeable, and very relatable. Pelvic Floor Therapy works! My advice is to try it and then do the work. You will thank Clarice for it! She is the best!!"
